Financial rating
It differs according to the size of the company:
- VSEs with simplified financial statements (not subject to the same financial statement requirements).
- SME-Large company
The financial rating module automatically calculates the counterparty's rating on the basis of ten sub-contributions, and recommends a final rating.
Qualitative rating
The assessment of counterparty quality consists of filling in a qualitative questionnaire integrated into the tool covering specific criteria:
- Shareholding
- Political-economic environment
- Management
- Socio-environmental impact
- Customer and supplier relations
- Legal form
- Level of competitiveness
This assessment complements the financial rating and provides additional assessment criteria for the counterparty's risk profile.
Valuation of warranties
Analysis of the collateral linked to the loan requested by the counterparty makes it possible to:
- assess the quality of the collateral and its eligibility under the regulatory framework laid down by the BCEAO;
- calculate the collateral coverage ratio;
- provide the basis for calculating the marginal consumption of equity for the loan granted.

This module measures the marginal consumption of equity linked to a loan.
